Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

To serve our customers efficiently and ensure technician availability, we ask that all clients observe the following policies when booking appointments: 


Appointment Scheduling:  Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Same-day appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard maintenance or repairs. Emergency or roadside services will be prioritized and may be limited to specific technicians. 


Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments: If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Changes can be made via phone or text to ensure proper scheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a $25 no-show fee, especially during peak hours. 


Drop-Off Policy: For most services, we recommend dropping off vehicles to allow for proper inspection and flexibility. If you choose to wait, please note that service time may vary based on diagnosis and parts availability.


Late Arrivals:  We provide a 30-minute grace period for scheduled appointments. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other customers. 


Estimates & Diagnostic Fees: Diagnostic services may carry a fee which is credited toward the repair if you proceed. Estimates will be provided before major repairs. 


Turnaround Time: Standard services (e.g., oil change, battery install) are typically completed same-day. Repairs requiring special-order parts or extensive diagnostics may require additional time; we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
